To Our Valued Customers:
DigiTel is excited to let you know we’re upgrading our online billing service. We’re sure you’ll find the new service extremely user-friendly. This new service will be available June 2nd. We will allow access to our current online billing service through June 10th.
To sign in to the new billing service, you will use your DigiTel account number instead of the login you created in the previous service. You’ll need to drop the leading zeroes and spaces from your account (i.e. 001 0024862 5 = 100248625). Your password will remain the same. On or about June 2nd you will receive an e-mail to activate your new on-line billing account. Within this e-mail there will be an activation link for your new account. Please click on the link and login in to your account using your account number (as defined above) and your password. Once this step is complete, you will be able to use your new on-line billing account.
Here are just a few of the fantastic options available with our new online service:
• You will have the ability to save multiple forms of payment including credit cards and checking accounts. (These can be added under the Accounts tab of your profile.)
• You will have the option to make one time payments, which means while you’ve already created an account, you won’t need to login just to make a quick payment.
• Your payment history and monthly billing statements will be stored in your profile.
• You will also have the choice to set up automatic payments from either your credit card or checking account.
We live in a world that is getting more and more paperless. Although we understand the value you might find in receiving a paper bill in the mail, we think this new solution will make it easier to go paperless. You have the option to choose what best fits your needs.
