HyperActiv cards can be added to your Unlimited phone at any time. The cards give your phone a cash balance from which to draw for things not covered by your plan. Data content (i.e. Ringtones, Wallpapers, Games, etc.) require a HyperActiv balance.

Text Messaging Add money to your HyperActiv account and any text message sent will be deducted from your HyperActiv account at 10 cents per message. No charge for incoming text messages.
Long Distance Calling All plans include Statewide and Nationwide Long Distance.
Ringtones, Wallpapers Games, etc: In order to download data content, you’ll need to have a positive HyperActiv account. All items will have a dollar amount associated with them and when purchased, that dollar amount will be subtracted from your HyperActiv account.
Data Data is unlimited on plans where the service is included. Non data plans require an upgrade to a data plan in order to browse the internet.
Roaming Roaming is included on all Nationwide plans. For Local service plans, an upgrade to a Nationwide plan is required for service outside of GCI’s home network.

This Includes unlimited national talk time and including roaming and long distance with voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, text messaging, and 3G internet browsing.
